NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

UltraSoft, Inc., an innovative firm that manufactures and sells a wide range of mattresses, bedding and quilts, seeks an experienced, motivated and well-organized person to manage its Customer Service Department.

The duties for this post include:

A. Direct and assign the activities of the staff for timely and professional customer service.

B. Develop the staff through training and coaching for better quality of customer care.

C. Develop a good relationship with the customer base, and address issues and problems promptly.

D. Participate in new employee selection and evaluate performance. Provide counseling and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

We wish to interview candidates with at least a bachelor's degree in a business field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a managerial position, preferably with customer service. Familiarity with basic computer software is required. Good leadership and interpersonal skills are a must.
